Based in the Piatra Craiului national park, we can offer you a trekking holiday that explores the southern mountain ranges of Romania to suit your ability. There are a wide variety of treks in from stunning hill peaks and crags, to lakes, villages and  lush forrest. The area is reknowned for its stunning flora and fauna as well as age old architecture, which provides adventurous walking across the Translyvannian landscape.

 

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Bucharest and transfer to Brasov quaint Translyvannian town(2 hours) - Hotel, dinner included

Days 2-6: Transfer 1 hour to Magura to start your guided treks in the Pietra Craiului region - Hotel, breakfast, lunch & dinner included

Day 7: Opportunity to visit the infamous Bran "Draculas" Castle and then transfer to Bucharest - hotel, breakfast only included

Day 8: Transfer to Bucharest airport - breakfast only included

 

Price includes: 

meals as above, transfers to and from airport, transfers to and from trek, qualified english speaking International Mountain Leader, 7 nights accommodation in 3 star hotels or mountain refuges

 

Not included: 

tips for guides, meals during sightseeing, sightseeing entrance fees, bottled water, soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, international flights, travel insurance, water purifying tablets
